FAQ
What counts as a "researched prospect"?
Each domain the agent analyses via web research and produces an ICP report + email draft for. Invalid domains and ones discarded before analysis don't count.
Do I need my own domain to send email?
Yes. Every workspace uses its own Resend API key and verified domain. Configure it in Settings → Email Sending. Without a verified domain you can research and draft, but not send.
Do pack credits expire?
No. Pack credits never expire. They're consumed only after you've used your monthly plan prospects.
What happens when I run out of prospects?
The system blocks new runs with a clear banner. You can buy a credit pack (Agency+ plans) or upgrade. No surprise auto-charges.
Do unused prospects roll over?
No. Monthly prospects reset on the 1st of each month. Only pack credits never expire.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contract, no penalty.
